삭제 방법
앱 내 삭제
Settings에서 직접 삭제할 수 있어요
Settings → 회원탈퇴에서 진행해 주세요.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보 (이메일, 프로필)
- 쿠폰 적립/사용 내역
- 이벤트 참여 내역
- 매장 등록 정보 (점주의 경우)
- 푸시 알림 토큰
데이터 보관 안내
전자상거래법에 따라 결제 기록은 5년간, 접속 로그는 통신비밀보호법에 따라 3개월간 보관돼요. 탈퇴 로그는 부정 이용 방지를 위해 30일간 보관됩니다.
삭제 요청
앱에서 직접 삭제가 어려운 경우 아래 양식으로 요청해 주세요. 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 처리돼요.
How to Delete
In-App
Delete directly from Settings
Go to Settings → Delete Account.
Data to be Deleted
- Account information (email, profile)
- Coupon earn/redeem history
- Event participation history
- Store registration info (for store owners)
- Push notification tokens
Data Retention
Payment records are retained for 5 years per the Electronic Commerce Act. Access logs are kept for 3 months per the Telecommunications Privacy Act. Withdrawal logs are kept for 30 days to prevent fraud.
Request Deletion
If you cannot delete from the app, submit a request below. Processed within 3 business days.
