삭제 방법
앱 내 삭제
Settings에서 직접 삭제할 수 있어요
Settings → 회원 탈퇴에서 진행해 주세요.
삭제되는 데이터
- 프로필 정보 (이메일, 닉네임, 프로필 사진)
- 대화 내역 및 대화방 정보
- 크레딧 사용 기록
- 구독 정보
- 북마크
데이터 보관 안내
결제 및 거래 기록은 전자상거래법에 따라 5년간 보관돼요. 탈퇴 계정 정보는 재가입 방지를 위해 30일간 보관됩니다.
삭제 요청
앱에서 직접 삭제가 어려운 경우 아래 양식으로 요청해 주세요. 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 처리돼요.
How to Delete
In-App
Delete directly from Settings
Go to Settings → Delete Account.
Data to be Deleted
- Profile information (email, nickname, profile photo)
- Chat history and chat room information
- Credit usage history
- Subscription information
- Bookmarks
Data Retention
Payment and transaction records are retained for 5 years per the Electronic Commerce Act. Deleted account info is kept for 30 days to prevent re-registration abuse.
Request Deletion
If you cannot delete from the app, submit a request below. Processed within 3 business days.
