삭제 방법
앱 내 삭제
Settings에서 직접 삭제할 수 있어요
Google 계정으로 로그인 후 Settings → 회원 탈퇴에서 진행해 주세요.
삭제되는 데이터
- 계정 정보 (이메일, 이름, 프로필 사진)
- 대화 내역 및 채팅방 정보
- 북마크 및 페르소나 설정
- 구독 및 결제 상태 정보
데이터 보관 안내
전자상거래법에 따라 결제·거래 기록은 5년간 보관돼요. 탈퇴 기록은 재가입 제한을 위해 30일간 보관됩니다.
삭제 요청
앱에서 직접 삭제가 어려운 경우 아래 양식으로 요청해 주세요. 영업일 기준 3일 이내에 처리돼요.
How to Delete
In-App
Delete directly from Settings
Sign in with Google, then go to Settings → Delete Account.
Data to be Deleted
- Account information (email, name, profile photo)
- Chat history and chat room data
- Bookmarks and persona settings
- Subscription and payment status
Data Retention
Payment records are retained for 5 years per the Electronic Commerce Act. Withdrawal records are kept for 30 days to prevent re-registration.
Request Deletion
If you cannot delete from the app, submit a request below. Processed within 3 business days.
