3. 개인정보의 보유 및 파기
- 회원 탈퇴 시: 모든 개인정보 즉시 파기
- 파기 항목: 계정 정보(이메일, 닉네임), 잔고, 보유종목, 주문/체결 내역, 관심종목
- 법령 보관: 관련 법률에 따라 필요 시 보관
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 위탁
이용자의 동의 없이 또는 법령에 따르지 않는 한 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 이용자의 권리 및 안전성 확보 조치
- 열람/수정: 설정에서 계정 정보 확인 및 닉네임 수정 가능
- 회원 탈퇴: 설정 > "회원 탈퇴" 버튼으로 즉시 데이터 삭제

- 비밀번호 암호화 및 SSL/TLS 암호화 전송
- 접근 통제: 인증된 이용자만 자신의 데이터에 접근 가능
6. 추가 정보
본 앱은 쿠키, 웹 비콘 또는 광고 추적 기술을 사용하지 않습니다.
만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 발견 시 해당 계정 및 데이터를 즉시 삭제합니다.
7. 고지 의무
본 개인정보처리방침은 법령, 정책 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 앱 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.

- Account deletion: All personal data immediately destroyed
- Destroyed: Account info (email, nickname), profile (balance), holdings, order/execution history, watchlist
- Legal retention: Retained per applicable laws if required
